While studying engineering, graphic design and Spanish in college, I searched for a way to combine my interests into a fulfilling career. I've found that path in user experience design. I'm passionate about digging deep into business and human problems, envisioning a better future where these problems are resolved or transformed, and working backwards to test and learn our way towards that future.
Although I'm no longer thinking about Silicon properties every day, my materials engineering background has granted me sharp analytical skills - as well as an ability to think through abstract concepts, and see the big picture when it comes to design research and strategy.
Whether I'm mapping customer feedback and pain points to illuminate design opportunities, or working with stakeholders to get our team moving together confidently, I strive to capture and convey the right information in the right way, at each step of the design process.
