- Navigated multiple sources of feedback to modernize design of 20+ year old parts of Confluence that are used by 1,000+ of customers, in line with latest design patterns and accessibility standards, in service of meeting user’s expectations and making creation more powerful and flexible.

- Helped hire and onboarded a team from scratch to manage 3 product designers and 1 content designer, spanning 2 multifaceted domains and 4 engineering teams.

- Dove into highly ambiguous terrain to make sense of 50+ existing places in Confluence where third party apps can exist, and advocated for simplifying and improving the solution in service of the Confluence vision and end user experience, to leadership.
- Made sense of vague product requirements via synthesis, research and iterative concepting, and spearheaded design work for an MVP solution to unblock 10+ Atlassian Markeplace app makers to build essential apps for Cloud customers.
- Coached and managed an intern to successfully complete an end-to-end project resulting in a new important admin feature in 2.5 months, including conducting qualitative research.

- Led the first design strategy for a program historically grounded in credit policy, impacting millions of customers each year.
- Grounded the credit limit increase program in new qualitative research, and socialized a customer experience vision along with a near-term testing plan.
- Rebooted the experience strategy for the income collection program, creating a plan with business and product partners to evaluate existing experiences and design updated touchpoints in line with design principles and customer needs.
- Managed design work across the spectrum from initial discovery and problem framing, to concept creation and testing, to delivery work with design partners in content, research and UI specialties.

- Led complex discovery work for a new initiative to transform how hundreds of Capital One marketers reach our customers, in service of driving unparalleled experiences and helping customers get the most from their relationship with Capital One - including 20+ stakeholder interviews to understand the current marketer experience.
- Created and socialized a current-state service blueprint showcasing the multitude of teams, tools and processes involved in sending an email to customers and understanding its impact.
- Led MVP scoping of potential solutions to address 60+ employee pain points, and evaluated concepts via user testing.
- Led team in development of a customer engagement framework, shifting collective thinking from digital engagement towards holistic indicators and metrics of loyal and satisfied credit card customers.
